Returns Policy Updated 1st January 2024



If the Artwork is damaged in-transit or faulty or you suspect the contents to be damaged, please sign for them as damaged and please notify us within 2 days of receiving them. Keep all the packaging material and we will arrange to have the item returned at our expense. You will be given the option to have the product replaced at no extra charge to you on a convenient date or to have a full refund.

You have the statutory right to return your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item. If you wish to return your item, you will be liable for the cost of the return postage. We will arrange our couriers to collect the item from you and deduct the following charges from your refund. Standard 48hr return postage £15 and Large 48hr return postage £25.

Restocking Fee: If your purchase is not a stock item and we have to order this from the publishers especially for you then this will be deemed a bespoke order and if you wish to return this item then there will be a 20% restocking fee along  with the return postage costs. (We have implemented this as once we have placed the order with the publishers, we cannot return the item to them and will have to pay for it and in the current climate we cannot absorb such costs) If you wish to know if your potential purchase is a stock item or not please contact us before purchasing, but we will always confirm this in our confirmation email to you.

Please keep all packaging until you are entirely happy with your purchase.

We cannot accept any returns after 14 days.

In all cases you must contact us first for authorization and we will arrange for the courier to come and collect the artwork This does not affect your statutory rights

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

Please email or call us, sales@theriversidegallery.co.uk or call us on 01785 241471 giving the reason for the return. We will then arrange for a courier to come and collect the goods. Please include your name & order number and the reason for return inside the parcel.

In the case of a damaged product, please email or call us with a full description of the problem. If the parcel is damaged due to neglect by the carrier, please keep all packaging and sign for as damaged goods, this will enable us to claim from the couriers. We will then send you a replacement as soon as possible, but you may need to keep the packaging for the couriers to inspect.
