Upon finishing a four-year program at Canterbury College of Art, I started a 24-year journey as an illustrator-visualizer in the West Country. As a freelancer, I had the chance to collaborate with a wide array of advertising, design, and 3D firms located in Bath, Bristol, and even across London and Europe. This led to numerous projects for various companies, including Hasbro, Mattel, Cadbury’s, Saga, and Corgi Toys, to name a few. I often partnered closely with designers, crafting visuals and guiding projects all the way to their completion.
Eventually, I shifted my focus to the publishing sector, illustrating for educational materials, magazines, posters, and receiving commissions from The Guinness Book of Records. Currently, I work as a fine artist, mainly focusing on street scenes from around the globe. My goal is to capture a sense of environment and presence through a fluid style that draws inspiration from Impressionism and Fauvism, utilizing my visualization skills to create my art. I accept commissions and also engage in teaching workshops and providing live demonstrations.
