How To Return An Item

If the Artwork is damaged in-transit or faulty or you suspect the contents to be damaged, please sign for them as damaged and please notify us within 2 days of receiving them. Keep all the packaging material and we will arrange to have the item returned at our expense. You will be given the option to have the product replaced at no extra charge to you on a convenient date or to have a full refund.

Goods that are not acceptable for any other reason may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. We cannot accept any returns after 14 days.

In all cases you must contact us first for authorization and we will arrange for the courier to come and collect the artwork This does not affect your statutory rights

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

Please email or call us, giving the reason for the return. We will then arrange for a courier to come and collect the goods. Please include your name & order number and the reason for return inside the parcel.

In the case of a damaged product, please email or call us with a full description of the problem. If the parcel is damaged due to neglect by the carrier please keep all packaging and sign for as damaged goods, this will enable us to claim from the couriers. We will then send you a replacement as soon as possible, but you may need to keep the packaging for the couriers to inspect.
