Q. Is it safe to use my credit card?
A. Yes! Riverside Gallery Ltd has its own dedicated secure server and all transactions are dealt with Sagepay or Paypal. No card details leave this secure server so your card information is safe. All other customer information is strictly for use by Riverside Gallery Ltd and will not be passed to any 3rd parties.

Q. What types of payment cards do we accept?
A. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo & American Express

Q. What if I cannot find a particular image?
A. New images and artists are constantly being added to our website. If there is a particular artist's work you want then please email or phone us and let us know what you're looking for as we have the ability to locate most works of art.

Q. Does Riverside Gallery Ltd has a guarantee?
A. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it. But Goods that are not acceptable for any other reason that damaged, may be returned within fourteen days for a full refund. We cannot accept any returns after fourteen days. In all cases you must contact us first for authorization. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Q. How long does it take to get my order delivered?
A. All in stock orders are dispatched within one days and all out of stock orders are dispatched within 7five to ten days both using a 48 hour parcelforce service. Overseas orders may take longer due to delivery. All prints are delivered flat packed. For overseas orders you are responsible for paying any duties or import charges applicable.

Q. What if I receive my order and it is damaged?
A. Keep the packaging material. Riverside Gallery Ltd will have the products picked up, at our expense, and give you the option of a full refund or a replacement at no charge to you. Just e-mail us at sales@theriversidegallery.co.uk or call us on +44 (0)1785 241471.

Q. Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
A. Any order can be cancelled within 24 hours of the time it was submitted, please email or call us
